Vertex Aristo

Lately I have become positively obsessed with the Toyota 2JZ platform. I have also been obsessed with Takahiro Ueno’s tuning company T&E for quite some time. I was cruising Super Street’s website (they’re the only ones than can be bothered to feature Vertex cars) and came across Nob Taniguchi’s Toyota Aristo (USDM Lexus GS400). I won’t go on and on about this car, bottom line is, it’s sick as hell. T&E teamed up with the good people at HKS to build this car as an exhibition drifter for Taniguchi. No bullshit on this exterior. Very clean and OEM with a tasteful Vertex body kit and polished Advan RS. If I have one complaint, it’s those broke ass graphics. aristo1.jpg  aristo2.jpg  This engine bay makes me giddy! It is so beautiful; 2JZ built motor expanded to 3.3L (if I’m correct), HKS T04Z turbine, with a Yashio Factory radiator. Everything else is HKS sweetness and check out the baller Wiggens clamps, T&E does not skimp. aristo3.jpg  This is an all business interior, no frills. Supportive Bride buckets, Vertex wheel, and STACK display. Also lets not forget that gangster cage by Okuyama. aristo4.jpg  aristo5.jpg
